Why we exist
3D printing has never been more accessible. Desktop printers can now produce objects that
rival professional manufacturing, and a global community of makers is creating extraordinary
work from their homes, studios, and workshops.
But that work has nowhere dedicated to live. On big marketplaces it's buried under
everything else — mass-produced goods, resold items, and other people's crafts.
Makers struggle to reach buyers who specifically want 3D-printed work,
and buyers struggle to find unique, high-quality printed pieces instead of
generic plastic trinkets. So the people who print, and the people who want what they print,
keep missing each other.
PrintRealms exists to fix that — to give 3D printing a home of its own, where the
only things for sale are things that were 3D printed.
